Had to call 5 different times for a prescription an NP still hasn’t called it in

I felt health matters were explained in a way that was easy to understand (i.e., after-visit care, taking medications, addressing my health problems or concerns).

Might have explained well, but can’t follow instructions when medication isn’t called in.

PRACTITIONER NEVER CALLED THE PRESCRIPTION FOR ANTIBIOTICS IN. Called several times spoke to her again, still no medication.
