The nurse checking me in was extremely RUDE! I'm never coming back to this clinic. I didn't even see the NP because I felt like leaving was better than talking to the horrible nurse and getting seen. I work in health care and I would never treat my patients that way. A little kindness and compassion go such a long way for someone who is sick.

I couldn't be happier. The provider on staff is excellent. Goes above and beyond expectations, is kind, considerate and thoughtful. I feel comfortable and reassured with her care, and wouldn't hesitate to go back to be taken care of. I know [...] would do her due diligence and provide the best methods of care that she could. I'm impressed and feel hopeful that my needs will be met when I see this provider.

Phenomenal. I wish she could be my PCP. [...] is truly one of a kind with her methods of care. Thoughtful, understanding and easy to communicate with. She listened to my issues making me feel heard and validated. I will use this location for all of my health needs fulfillable by Minute Clinic and [...].

I felt health matters were explained in a way that was easy to understand (i.e., after-visit care, taking medications, addressing my health problems or concerns).

Great communication, was easy to comprehend and understand what to do going forward.

I felt that I was carefully listened to and shown respect.

Main provider on staff [...] was incredible. She listened, was respectful and responsive to my needs. I felt she truly cared about my wellbeing.
