    "This was my first time at the MinuteClinic and didnt realize I had to have an appointment in advance; I just walked in. The CNP was so kind and patient with me when he explained the process and showed me how to use the computer. I was lucky enough to get an appointment 5 minutes from the time I walked in. Both the nurse and the CNP were very kind and patient with me. I appreciate them making me feel comfortable at a time when I was both sick and nervous about my test results."
