How would you rate the cleanliness and appearance of our clinic?

It's ridiculous! I went for an ant bite at the mini clinic. While waiting, I wanted to leave, but the nurse said she already saw me, so I stayed to see the NP. Didn't wait too long. Told the lady to send the prescription to my pharmacy. Arrived my pharmacy, no prescription was sent. Called, all machine talking! Asked the CVS front service and pharmacy to help. They said the clinic will call back. Well, they didn't. Such a waste of time. What's the point for me to go see a doctor with them?! Would never come again!
