I wasn't ever seen by a provider. After scheduling an appointment well-ahead of time, I arrived 10-15 minutes early for my appt, as I was not feeling well. I waited 30 minutes for a provider, however nobody knew where the provider was. Not long after I was informed that the provider had left 45 minutes prior to go to a job interview. As I was leaving, the provider arrived, asked my name, unapologetically informed me that I would have to reschedule for a different day and proceeded to enter their office and shut the door. I do not recommend this location.

Terrible. I schedule the appointment online and sat down at the clinic and checked-in 5 minutes prior. Then I waited for 10 minutes and the clinic appeared to be abandoned. I moved chairs closer the big sign that said “vaccination waiting” and sat for 15 more minutes. I didn’t hear anyone call my name in that time. I went to the pharmacy to see if anyone was working at the clinic and they were told by the minute clinic clinic worker that I had missed my appointment and would have to schedule again. Thank goodness for the pharmacy technician and pharmacist. They booked me and did it right away. 10 stars for the pharmacy. 0 stars for the clinic.
