"The provider was very friendly and apologized when I wasn’t seen at my scheduled time (I don’t think I waited more than 10 minutes past my time and that is less time than if I had been in a practitioners office or urgent care). I was able to make an appointment and check in all online which was very convenient for me. I think the best experience for me was when another person was waiting for their appointment and a store worker came over to try and problem solve with them as they had waited past their scheduled time. I think the teamwork at CVS was phenomenal. "

"Even from brief encounter for injection, the nurse practitioner excelled with concern and competence. She was ''present'' the entire session. Communication skills were exceptionable. This was a excellent first impression. Ill be back for other assistant -- especially diabetes-care and nutritional coaching. "

"Wonderful experience at the minute clinic. Did not feel rushed at all. Practitioner took the time to explain the pluses and minuses of the high dose flu vaccine. Very personable."
