"NP was good- she explained everything well and offerred good recommendation to keep me healing and ward off any sinus infection due to congestion with my illness. It was slightly cold and I did not like the fans or air purifiers blowing air. "

I took my son in for what we believed to be strep. While he didn’t have a sore throat, he had a cough and running nose along with other household members having strep. Also this is the second time getting strep in my house in a month and half. The PA made me feel as I shouldn’t be there saying like ‘you think he has strep but he doesn’t have a sore throat?’ And ‘ what do you think the cough is from?’ It was an awful experience that left me in tears and feeling stupid. He was given the strep test and it came back positive.

I felt that I was carefully listened to and shown respect.

Nurse was respectful, professional and compassionate. I did not fell rushed. So if your appt starts a little late it is because they're taking time with patients.

Overall rating for my clinic visit with this practitioner

Nurse was outstanding. I will definitely send family and friends here.

I felt health matters were explained in a way that was easy to understand (i.e., after-visit care, taking medications, addressing my health problems or concerns).

Excellent, clear information that will help me manage my illness.
