Takes care of all pain at once!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The last few days I have been hit with back pain, period cramps, and a headache. This Advil dual action has been a godsend! The acetaminophen in it takes care of the headache, while the NASAIF in it takes care of the cramps & backache. It works very fast & lasts for a long time. & it’s relatively cheap for how well it works!
