Advil has always been one of my "go to" medications for headaches, body aches, tooth pain, etc. It works fast and effectively. Easy to swallow tablets. Packaging is easy to find, unique, and easy to open. Taking just two tablets always did the job for me when I would have to take more than the suggested doses of other pain relievers. I don't typically take medicine for headaches but once in a while I get very bad ones and advil helps sbd starts working within about 20 minutes. Its a great price for the amount of oils you get.
