it is so insanely hard to open this product. I've used Afrin original for decades whenever I get sick. It works great...if I can manage to open the bottle. I've just spent an hour trying to get a new bottle open. I'm exhausted and I can't breathe. I know that you'll say it's just a child proof cap, but I have never had any issue with those on any other product in my life. Cap Will Not Come Off
It works well enough, but getting the bottle open was ridiculously difficult. Even after watching the video (a video, really?), the cap just clicked. I needed pliers to get the cap off. I could not get the lid off of the Afrin. My husband had to use pliers and then it would not spray. Opens nasal passages.
I've used Afrin for years. I bought a bargain spray for my congestion this time. It didn't work for 30 minutes, so I call CVS and was able to pick it up in the drive through. Now I can breathe again!!!{{userCount} users found this review helpful.
