I've been using spray saline for years to clear allergens from my sinuses, but this Afrin has become my new go to! It always out gently, but adequately, and doesn't sting or leave my nose feeling dry. The large bottle lasts a good deal of time, and has helped so so much! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The big positive about Afrin Saline Burst Moisturizing Daily Nasal Mist is that unlike neti pots, there's no need to deal with boiling water or buying distilled water, it's a quick and easy way to use a saline rinse.
