I was recently diagnosed with IBS. One of my worse symptoms is bloating after eating. After about 10 days of taking Align, the bloating subsided almost completely. At 3 weeks no more bloating. After the first month I changed to a different product that claimed the same results. This was a mistake. You will not regret buying Align.
