It’s The Exact Same Formula, I Promise.
In case anyone wants the factual information, the ingredients and their amounts in “Original Flavor” and “Original Formula” are identical. The change in package labeling as just a “pain reliever” and “fever reducer” and not an antacid was due to FDA classification rules. Bayer was forced to change the classification to one focus, and they chose pain relief. Bayer also had to move the antacid ingredients to the “Inactive Ingredients” list. But, rest assured, if you read the FDA drug lists and ingredients, you can see that the formulas are identical, despite the labeled box not specifically stating that fact or the antacids not appearing in the “Active Ingredients” or on the box.{{userCount} users found this review helpful.Originally posted on alkaseltzer.com - ElenaBReviewed 5 months ago
It works fast and effectively
