It helped really well in stopping watery eyes and sneezing. I would be careful if you have a sore throat, as the capsules are almost too big to swallow without difficulty. Maybe if they were a little thinner it would help. These definitely work especially the night time. I was knocked out sleep the entire night. The day time works good as well. However just like everyone else they can be a little hard to swallow with a sore throat. Just make sure you hydrate really good before taking them and afterwards.0 users found this review helpful.
