Nicely pigmented

Stays right where you put it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was 105 in NC today, I made a 2 hour drive away from my city to pick up something and halfway there my A/C stops ! This eyeliner did NOT budge! No running, transferring or smearing, not even through my sweat during my miserable drive. Other pencils I’ve used have smeared when placed by the waterline of my eye and blurred my vision but not this one! It’s right as I put it on 8 hours later and I must say I am very pleased! Nice Product Beautiful Brown
