It’s an effective mu remover. I just apply it on a cotton disk and gently wipe it on my eye lids. Great eye remover!
Just a little dab of this remover on a cotton ball and all your eye makeup is gone! This is my favorite remover. It’s very moisturizing as well. Stings my eyes
I was surprised that this product caused my eyes to burn and sting. Similar products from other brands have caused the same but since Almay’s waterproof eye makeup remover pads work very well and don’t cause any discomfort, I assumed this product would do the same. I noticed that many people find the waterproof eye makeup remover pads to be too oily, but a least they don’t burn my eyes. This was very disappointing. Your eyes and the skin around them are so sensitive so it is rather alarming when something causes them to burn.
