Good coverage
I used this underwear postpartum and found it to be very comfortable. While lightweight, it provided a complete coverage without pressing on the tummy, which was very important at the time. The upper band was very light and elastic with high waist. I didn't have to deal with the hassle of a pad and disposable underwear and didn't have to worry about leaks or getting anything dirty. Great to have postpartum
