I don’t like how I went into the store to make an exchange but was instead told I need to return the merchandise and repurchase the correct size I needed. I lost the coupons used on the original purchase and had to pay more when I was made to repurchase the item. The cashier was very nice, I just don’t like the company/store policy regarding returns or exchanges.
