These used to hold up for me overnight as a back sleeper. The quality has gone down. Please bring back the prior version. I can no longer justify the cost when the quality has gone down. comfortable, flawless protection
I have heavy flow and normally wear the Always Radiant pads, but I had a very long international flight and wanted something that wouldn't require me to change as frequently. These panties kept me comfortably protected for hours - I ended up changing the first pair after 9 hours. Even then, they didn't feel like they were anywhere near failing. Need to update sizing
According to the size chart, I am a s/m so tell me how a large is still too tight. I am 146lbs, 5ft 6in, pant size s or m. These are so small and so uncomfortable. Wonderful

Only for convenience

Not leakproof!
The first version of this is product was definitely worth the money. I could wear it overnight and have no issues as a super heavy bleeder. I used to feel safe wearing them and didn’t have to worry about accidents. The newer 2026 version Is so bad. It’s none absorbent, tight, and thin. You would be better off wearing an overnight pad.
