I just bought these to help with my hot flashes and after taking the first dose they went right into the garbage. The flavor of these are absolutely intolerable and I am not overly sensitive to that kind of thing. I also don’t usually leave negative reviews but I wish I would have read the reviews on this product regarding the flavor before wasting $30+. For the record, I’ve taken their product in pill form and have liked it.
