New recipe is awful, we have to cook it for double the time to get the noodles soft and not weird and sticky. Changed ingredients
Used to be my favorite boxed Mac and cheese. Until one day after making it I noticed it tasted bland and mushy. I thought it was my fault until I realized the ingredients have changed. Not good anymore
I’ve been buying and eating g this for 30+ years - the recent boxes are a shadow of the former perfection that was Annie’s. I will not be buying again and will be spreading the news about the changes. Not the same product!!
This is not the same product since GM bought it. My 4 year old niece and nephew won’t eat it anymore - they used to love it. And as an adult, it now gives me gastro distress!! Delicious
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delicious! Probably the best boxed Mac and cheese I’ve had! Very creamy texture, easy cooking directions, noodles cook up nicely. ALTERNATIVES SINCE ANNIES CHANGED THE RECIPE
Annie‘s used to be my favorite and only mac and cheese I would eat. When they changed the ingredients I was devastated, and hated the new taste. I know many people were also incredibly disappointed in the decrease in quality. I‘ve now branched out to other brands, and for fellow disappointed people, I can recommend Trader Joe‘s and Aldi‘s organic macaroni and cheese as good alternatives for about the same or cheaper cost.
