These band-aids used to be perfect and high quality. I bought them regularly. Didn’t mind paying $6 for 10 hydrocolloid bandaids, especially with CVS’s discounts. Then, they made them thin and see-through and doubled the price! The material’s quality is much poorer and obviously more cheaply made. I will not buy these anymore. Help with Scarring! Love these
These are my favorite band-aids. They reduce scarring big time because the prevent scabbing from occurring. When the white bubble forms over your wound on the band-aid you know it's working. They really do last for up to 5 days depending on how active you are with hands. These particular ones are sized for fingers or small cuts, scrapes, burn, same as a standard sized band-aid. I burned my finger pretty bad when making candy apples. I spilled a bit of boiling sugar syrup on my finger. Ouch. I allowed it bubble up, pop (ewww) and then tore off that top layer or burnt skin that practically falls off on it's own. You want the bandaid to rest flush on top of your wound with no barrier. The bandaid is the scab. underneath it begins to heal. Because this was a third degree burn, so much ooz occured daily. I replaced the bandaid each day with a new one. Normally you just leave on the bandaid and let it heal. But due to the ooz, it had to be switched out. I am now on day 9. My wound is doing great. Still no scabbing yes! and it's healing. It is taking a while because the degree of the burn. But I've been patient. These bandaids really do seal out water too! They are flexible thin and soft. You can even wear them over the knuckle without them gapping up while you bend your fingers or type. They effectively seal out water, dirt, bacteria and germs. Oh also, don't worry about your wound "not breathing" These hydrocolloid band-aids are breathable. You feel like they aren't but they are designed to do this! They are simply wow and well worth it! Had I not used one of these bandaids, the wound would of dried up, scabbed up and I'd be dealing with a yucky scab then scar on my finger. A Great Addition To My First Aid Kit!

They stayed in place throughout daily activities, kept my cut protected, and we’re muchmore comfortable than regular bandages. I also liked that I didn’t have to keep changing them very often. They helped to reduce scarring from my injury. The Band-Aid for Best Protection
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really impressed with how well this Band-Aid Pro Heal 5 Day Protect bandage worked when I had a cut on my finger. I had a cut near the cuticle of my fingernail, which can be a difficult place to wear a bandage for long enough to begin to heal. But this bandage was strong enough and large enough to fit lengthwise over my finger, with still enough to wrap around both sides, nearly completely covering the cut. I was able to wash my hands and even shower with the bandage on for several days, and the water didn't make the bandage fall off. I took it off on day 4 and the cut was nearly fully healed, which is much faster than I've experienced with "hard to bandage areas" in the past, usually because the bandage would have to be replaced at least daily. I will definitely use this Pro-Heal Band-Aid the next time I have a wound that is either difficult to cover or needs to be covered for more than a day. Work Great!

Truly waterproof, healing bandage

Also it is definitely waterproof through hand washing and swimming. Long lasting, quick healing!
