Place it on to sleep when have headache It stays in place and leaves no residue on skin nor pillow It feels cooling& comforting. I use this for my hot flashes and sometimes I get migraines. It says cooler the entire time which is nice because a wet rag always gets all over you. Very helpful for the stubborn migraine
This adds to my meds and provides a lot of cooling relief.
