I bought this item expecting that it would help me sleep unfortunately it did not and I tried it several times through the night. It didn’t work so don’t spend your money. I rarely ever write a review, but I felt the need of writing a review. First time buyer, badly need sleep! 💤
I’ve been having a hard time falling asleep, and staying asleep. Today is the first night I purchased this and the first night I’ve applied it and massaged it in (5 sprays each foot, 1 spray on each knee). I applied it around 8:30 PM and it is now 8:50 PM and let me just say, within minutes of spraying this I began to feel calm, relaxed, and body heavy(?). I feel like I could close my eyes now and drift into what feels the first night of good quality sleep. Great night's sleep awaits
I spray it on the bottoms of my feet 30 minutes before bed and after a shower.
