Disappointed
The product I bought I have bought in the past and I love it because of the two different size pencil on each side but this one was dried out on both size a little wet but because I love it I just wet it when using. This Eyeliner does not stay on
I was completely unsatisfied with this product and had Thruway the container. Dried out
I bought this out a cvs and straight out the package and it was dry. No product or liquid came out at all.
