Meets expectationsOut of 5Did nothing.. kinda made it worse?
I used their total bleach kit before toning with this and honestly I wish I would have just left it alone rather than tone it with this. It was much less warm in color before toning with the "White Toner".. totally heartbreaking considering I've got my senior pictures in just a few days and currently have orange brassy hair as a result of this 😅 I followed the instructions to a T plus both kits are from the same company so I couldn't imagine it was some chemical difference or something like that.. idk I personally wouldn't recommend this, but their bleach kit was sooo worth it!! Did absolutely nothing to my hair.
So I’m really upset over this I went to school for cosmetology years ago so I know what I’m doing I usually spend the extra money and use professional salon grade products but I really wanted to do my hair and didn't have much money so I decide to try this. First of all I bleached my hair… my hair is virgin at the time because it’s completely grown out and I haven’t done my hair in years so let’s just say it took me a good hour+ to get the toner all over my hair (I do it by small sections and adding the color by each section and my hair is super thick) I needed to 2 toner kits as well as I said my hair is very thick. anyways I let it process after my hair was fully saturated… I let it process quite awhile just to be sure it took and I shower and nothing it did nothing at all. Didn’t even tone the slightest bit. I do understand it’s my fault for not doing a strand test but either way how does a product that’s supposed to tone do nothing? I just don’t get it. Turned my hair from orange to pinkish dark brown
The only good thing it did was as make my hair feel fuller and very healthier but I had used a color remover to get dark color out of my hair I am normally a blonde, but when you do that the hair comes back carrot orange. So I decided to try this toner. I did everything right even waited the 48 hours with orange hair before I applied it. It turned my hair dark pinkish brown. I don’t know what to do now. I won’t use bleach. So I am at a loss for words. Perfect ice blonde toning with no threat of grey
I’ve been bleaching and toning my hair myself for years and have tried many toners at much higher price points with less favorable results. This toner works really well at toning to an icy/white or ash blonde without the threat of turning grey even on the most bleached hair. Love it.{{userCount} users found this review helpful.
