Headaches
So far it has helped me. I have pretty bad random headaches and I don’t want to keep taking bc powder that’s my go to. This is safer better healthier so far so good{{userCount} users found this review helpful.

I took some at the first sign of a cold. For sure the severity of symptoms was reduced. It kept me in the I am about to get sick phase for 3-4 days not sure if that’s all it does until the virus passes. That phase will not as bad as a full blown cold but still miserable, didn’t help at all with fatigue. I took it day 0 and the day 2 once.
