Regular “Boost” for me
Trying to follow advice and increase protein consumption right away for breakfast so eating our own eggs. Sometimes I add a bottle of chocolate Boost for extra protein. Have Used for Several Years
Have used this 2 or 3 times each week for a quick snack or light lunch or breakfast. I feel better not each large meals and this is great if Im out and about as a quick pick me up.
