I have used this product for about 20 years with no complaints. The caps were changed recently to a cheaper, thinner plastic that broke immediately. Caps cracking

The design change is awful.
I have used Burt’s Bees lip balm for years and love the product, however the design change is terrible. The cap is so thin and flimsy and the edges of the tube are sharp! You have to make sure the product is turned up far above the tube to avoid scratching your lips and the cap is so easily cracked. Caps Breaking
With this redesign to reduce packaging the lid has broken on every single one of the tubes I have. Now they can't go in a pocket or into anything that might sit in a hot car by accident.
