The Best!
I bought a Finish gel pack….it left a white film on my pots and glasses…pod did not melt completely..pieces of the gel pack were left in the dispenser! I ordered Cascade and ran the dishwasher and EVERYTHING came out sparkling clean. Cascade is the best!{{userCount} users found this review helpful.Originally posted on cascadeclean.com - HinaRReviewed 3 weeks ago

pods don't dissolve
been using Cascade for abput 40 yrs. recently purchased Cascade Premium Plus and the pods are not dissolving. each morning there is a slimy bag of it in the door. I have a Kitchenaid dishwasher that has been maintained and the filter is clean.Reply from cascadeclean.com3 weeks agoWe are really sorry to hear you had this experience with our Cascade Platinum Plus ActionPacs - Fresh Scent. It must upsetting that the product is not dissolving correctly. We appreciate you providing us with this feedback, but this is definitely not the type of experience we want you to go through. Since the dishwasher has been maintained and the filter is clean, please check these areas if a Cascade ActionPac does not dissolve completely: Keep the dispenser cup clear and dry, and make sure the pac and your hands are dry before loading. Confirm that the spray arms move freely and that their openings are not blocked. Run the dishwasher when other household water use is minimal, and verify adequate water supply by placing an empty cup upright on the top rack. The water temperature should reach at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit or 49 degrees Celsius, so run the kitchen faucet until the water is hot before starting the cycle. If residue remains, clean the dispenser before using another product and run the affected dishes through another cycle. Please feel free to contact us at (800) 765-5516 so we can take care of you. Your satisfaction is highly important for us at Cascade.Regards,Customer Care{{userCount} users found this review helpful.Originally posted on cascadeclean.com - Plb53Reviewed 4 weeks ago
Filter must be cleaned manually
Your ad regarding cleaning the dish washer filter, you know it's wrong. The manual states to clean it manually. The filter should capture materials and be cleaned manually. People should question you.Reply from cascadeclean.com4 weeks agoWe thank you for your feedback. We recommend removing and cleaning the dishwasher filter manually according to manufacturer instructions, as some dishwashers have filters that capture food residue. Sometimes dishwasher cleaner can break up lingering food stuck in the filter, so cleaning it manually helps ensure the best results. We would love to hear more about your experience and assist you further, so please call us at (800) 765-5516.Regards,Customer Care{{userCount} users found this review helpful.Originally posted on cascadeclean.com - JoselaraReviewed 4 weeks ago
Not cleaning dishes
Just got this product and it is not fully dissolving.Reply from cascadeclean.com4 weeks agoWe are sorry to hear about the trouble with your Cascade Platinum Plus pods! These ActionPacs are designed to dissolve quickly and power through stuck-on food with no pre-wash needed. Sometimes, if the dishwasher cycle is too short or the water temperature is low, pods might not dissolve fully; make sure to use the recommended dishwasher settings for best results. Also, Cascade Platinum Plus contains enzymes and grease fighting power to keep dishes sparkling and prevent film. Our products undergo rigorous quality checks, and your feedback is important to our Quality Assurance Team. Powerful dishwasher pods that leave dishes spotless every time.
I’ve been using these dishwasher pods for a while, and they’ve made dishwashing much easier. They dissolve completely and leave dishes sparkling clean with a fresh scent. However, I noticed that after washing my meat tenderiser with these pods the protective coding became damaged, while I never had this issue with another brand. Because of that, I prefer to use them only on regular dishwasher safe dishes. There is no installation required - just place one pod in the dishwasher detergent compartment and start a cycle {{userCount} users found this review helpful.Originally posted on influenster.com - Yes, I recommendSherrie314Reviewed 2 months ago
Great product Terrible packaging
Great cleaning however the packaging has to be improved. I get so many pods that stick together and when you try to separate them they break apart. By the time I get to the container bottom I have a mess of liquid and pods that are useless to use. Improve the packaging please.{{userCount} users found this review helpful.Originally posted on cascadeclean.com - SueLewisReviewed 2 months ago
Disappointed in detergent packaging
I have been using Cascade Platinum Plus for a while now. I purchased the 47 pack on July 3rd. I don’t know if you changed the action pack the detergent is in but this particular box has been a waste of money. The cellophane packaging does not dissolve but the liquid dissolves leaving only the powder.. I have to rewatch each load. I would appreciate a reply as to why this is happening even when using hot water. If I don’t receive a response I will not buy any more of your products. It is a waste of product and my water. You might want to do a survey and see if anyone else is having this issue.Reply from cascadeclean.com2 months agoHi!
