Favorite of the sleepy teas!

Lovely addition to your nighttime routine

Sleepy boost tea
It’s smells very florally. The herbs are finely chopped in a bag with no strong. I like to use two bags for my tea at night. Delicious and helpful
I have been drinking this tea ever since I was a kid. My mom always made some for me and as i got older it became one of my comfort things for when im failing to fall asleep. Solid calming effect
This tea is really calming and helps me settle down before bed. The flavor is nice and herbal, and the valerian root definitely adds an extra relaxation boost. didn't fall asleep instantly, but it did help me feel more mellow and ready for rest.
