Easy to take.

The pills are normal size and easy to swallow even with a small amount of water if you can’t find something to drink. Take 2 daily
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The centrum age defy for women is definitely a good multivitamin to incorporate daily for your overall health within a few weeks. I did feel a little improvement in energy. I also felt less stressed at this stage of my life. It’s always nice to have that extra help this product came in and purpleish pink oblong type of pill very easy to swallow. I’ve noticed that usually vitamins have a strong distinct smell, but this multivitamin didn’t I would definitely recommend this product for women over the age of 35. However, I do like that they have so many good ingredients at a good price point. I think they would be an excellent choice for any woman looking for general health benefits and combatting aging. One less thing to overthink

Multi feel better

This is coming from someone who doesn’t notice any changes from taking other supplements. My skin seems to be healthier and I just generally feel better. I like the packaging. It comes in a tough little bottle with a lid that easily comes off.
