I was very skeptical about these actually helping with hot flashes. I've been taking them for 6 months now. I was still having hot flashes so decided to stop these. Oh my gosh....when I stopped taking them my hot flashes were so much more intense. I decided to go back to these. They didn't make my hot flashes totally go away, but they didn't decrease the intensity and frequency. Works great for menopause symptoms

I always go back to Centrum!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this free in exchange for my honest review. The packaging for this product was really nice and the color of the tablets matched the top! They were a metallic light purple, which I thought was a nice touch. The smell was not pleasing, but I have not encountered a great-smelling multivitamin yet. I did not notice any stomach issues or nausea while taking these. Overall good

But I think maybe they're geared more toward someone just starting menopause rather than someone will through it already because I didn't see any noticeable benefit to me.
