Best choice of Multi-Vitamin for Men 50+
Years ago, I compare multi-vitamin brands for men 50+ against published recommended amounts of each vitamin and mineral. Centrum Silver Men 50+ came the closest to those published values. So I buy a 200 (or if found a 300) tablet bottle whenever my current bottle is nearly finished.
