Great for my health
I am 55 and my last two physician check ups my vitamin D was low , B12 low , iron low , magnesium low so I chose these once a day vitamin supplement to take . They worked great! All my levels are normal with my last check up. Each pill is small very easy to swallow it has no smell, no taste and texture to it so makes it easy to take.
