My son has been using this cleanser for about a month now and we have already noticed an improvement. He has much less breakouts and his skin looks cleaner overall. It lathers well, rinses off easily and doesn't irritate the skin. The only downside is that it can be a bit drying so we make sure to use a moisturizer afterwards.Reply from CeraVe4 days agoHello there! Makes acne disappear and improves skin
I started using this product about a year ago and ir significantly reduced my acne and blemishes within a week of using. Made my skin much smoother and better looking in general. A must buy
I usually never write reviews but for this product I HAD TOO. I’ve had minor acne my teenage years but some breakouts would be really bad, especially on my forehead. At first I was very hesitant on using this product because it seemed like every acne product I used never worked. HONEY BUT THIS ONE, MY SKIN HAS NEVER BEEN CLEARER and I don’t get breakouts!!!!!! I get a pimple then and there but this truly saved me from having a lot of acne. So my dermatologist gave me this sample to help clear up my breakouts and within the first week of using the CeraVe Acne Control Cleanser, my breakouts were all but gone, my face feels smooth and it didn’t dry out my skin like I was expecting. I’d say it removed the excess oil from my face without causing irration or making my face super dry. As for effectiveness on acne I’d say this isn’t the only thing that prevents acne. Effectively Eliminates Acne Breakouts
After doing tons of research for an effective non-drying cleanser for my acne, this came recommended to me and IT WORKS. This 2% salicylic acid acne cleanser has reduced my blackheads, improved my skin texture and minimized my pores. After seeing what it has done for me, my 22-year-old daughter started using it too and it has improved her skin as well. It has three essential ceramides, hectorite clay, and niacinamide. It’s okay
I’ve used this once but I haven’t bought it again. It was an okay product but it didn’t do much for me personally.
