Skin health

Honestly, I really like this CeraVe moisturizer! It’s simple, gentle, and leaves my skin felling so soft and hydrated. If you want extra hydration, you can definitely pair it with a serum o essence, but I think it work really well on its own. Terrible Reformulation
I used to absolutely love CeraVe. Their daily moisturizing lotion was my go-to and I used it on my face and body for years. I had skin testing done at my allergist's office and learned that I am very reactive to phenoxyethanol. This lotion was one of the few that did not use this awful ingredient that is currently being used to replace parabens. Surprise! The lotion has been reformulated to contain phenoxyethanol! I can no longer use this product and most CeraVe products because they have chosen to cave to complete misinformation about parabens and public ignorance of cosmetic science. Parabens are safe; phenoxyethanol is NOT safe. Many people have reactions to it. This is no longer a dermatologist-safe brand.
