Best hydrating toner
This is one of my favorite toners because it’s so hydrating. I used it all winter with the matching cleanser and it really helped my dry skin. It’s a very gentle so it doesn’t irritate and there’s no fragrance. Refreshed and hydrated skin
Using this product day and night has resulted in my skin feeling smooth and glowy. It comes in a bottle with a flip top, no dropping or losing the cover. Flip up cover, pour over a cotton pad, smooth on face and done. It’s priced very well unlike other expensive products. I have sensitive skin and this hydrating toner worked well for my skin.
