Sé que tienen un excelente producto. Últimamente tengo problemas con el Mega Roll 6=72, he mirado q no está marcado para cortarse con facilidad e incluso hay asta 2 o asta 3 cuadros juntos; Deberían revisar la máquina que hace las marcaciones . Production changes?/irritated skin
My husband and I have used Charmin for years. In the last few months, however, we have both experienced major skin irritation. It is to the point where when we sit on the toilet or have a bowel movement, the skin feels like it is tearing. Very uncomfortable. I have read that you bleach the wood pulp. Have you in the last few months increased the amount of bleach used in the manufacture of this product? Also, do you use formaldehyde (a known carcinogen) in the manufacturing process? If so, have you increased the amount of formaldehyde used to make Charmin? Mega rolls are too fat
We use Ultra Soft despite the fact that "Mega" rolls do not fit in our toilet paper holders. We have to take the roll out of the holder for the first few weeks until the roll fits. Can you please offer consumers the option of a non-Mega Ultra-Soft roll? Absorbent and thin.
These work very well for me because I have difficulty with keeping dry during the night. Use what you need - no waste
You don’t need to tear off much more 5gan you use. I have tried another brand and had to tear off a lot just to get the right amount. The other great feature with this brand is the soft feel. Give me the softness back
Since the great covid toilet paper shortage the quality of ultra soft has gone down. I don't know how you are still allowed to label it as soft. There is nothing soft about it.
