I never received this product, as I was delivered the wrong order. Roadie, the company that delivers same day orders on behalf of CVS made a mistake, and it wasn't the first time. Same Day Delivery is an amazing option and I love using it. However, when Roadie delivers the wrong order, it defeats the purpose of the convenience of Same Day Delivery. Once a mistake is made with a same day delivery, Roadie does not deliver the correct order that same day. You have to wait a few days to get your order delivered or get your money refunded. This is a terrible practice. I want a same day delivery. I love CVS and I've been a customer for years. Sometimes it's physically difficult for me to leave my home and it's frustrating to not be able to receive the products that I ordered.18 hours agoThank you for sharing your feedback. Mega rolls are too fat
We use Ultra Soft despite the fact that "Mega" rolls do not fit in our toilet paper holders. We have to take the roll out of the holder for the first few weeks until the roll fits. Can you please offer consumers the option of a non-Mega Ultra-Soft roll? Give me the softness back
Since the great covid toilet paper shortage the quality of ultra soft has gone down. I don't know how you are still allowed to label it as soft. There is nothing soft about it. Won't tear
I know you have a great product. Lately I have an issue with the Mega Roll 6=72 tearing. The last package I bought is atrocious. I hope this doesn't continue to be an issue. I've used your TP products in the past but steered clear from them as I found it super soft but ineffective for the most important part of the job. My husband picked this up and boy we're both really impressed.
