Bad wavy tears
Please accept this note as a sign of a desire to be helpful We have been loyal Charmin TP customers for many years (perhaps decades). In all honesty, we have not used other products. Yet we have recently been disappointed. We began having serious concerns about how the paper tears. The wavy tear is not effective. It is NOT a smoother tear. It is just not as seamless as it used to be. Whoever approved this wavy tear should be demoted. As consumers, we need to rely on you. NOT ULTRA SOFT....Rough paper
Having been a Charmin user for the family for many years, I am very disappointed. I don't know how anyone can call this ULTRA SOFT with Smooth Tear. It is rough! Yes, it tears easier. But not even close to being the Ultra Soft my family knows and loves. Not happy with this version. Hopefully you will continue to produce Ultra Soft without the 'Smooth Tear'. The tube gets larger so there is less on the roll and the width gets narrower. It is a rip-off but EVERY toilet paper is doing it{{userCount} users found this review helpful.
