Watery
What happened to Chef Boyardee ravioli? I have eaten it for practically my entire life. The last year or so, the sauce seems very watery and it looks like there's more sauce and less ravioli. Recipe Changed!!
THE RECIPE HAS CHANGED!!!! Chef boyardee recently got bought out by a private equity group. In no time at all they have changed their recipe(s)!! The new mini raviolis have a watery tomato sauce that is much more bland, the filling mixture in the raviolis is different (tastes like there is much less meat), AND the pasta used to make the raviolis is off (they don’t hold together as well as they used to). This product is no longer worth spending the extra $ to buy the ‘name brand’; I will be buying the store brand from here on.Reply from chefboyardee.com1 year agoHi. Recipe changed?
"Timeless taste. Quality ingredients" those are abject lies.. it isn't timeless if you change the recipe, and the taste betrays the quality. I've been buying these for years, and ate the full ravolis as a kid. The meat sauce is super watery now, and the pasta tastes like it was boiled in tap water. What happened? Disappointed
Have recently purchased seval cans and they are like water! This isn't the first time this has happen. I'm very disappointed with your quality control! Taste like metal

Not good like it was years ago
3rd bad can in a row. The raviolis are all broken up, the sauce is a weird color and it doesn't taste right.
