I agree with the other reviews… product is not as good as it use to be. I’ve used this for many years. Cap doesn’t fit the same and holes easily rip. Never had these problems before. Where did the awesome conditioner go? And for the girl who just started using this product and doesn’t understand the bad reviews is because she has know idea how it use to be. New box/formula change and awful anti-breakage mas
I have been using Clairol Frost N Tip for the 50 years. Yesterday 8/31/26, I used this product in the newly designed box, thinking that it would be the same product. It is not, and it was terrible. The color did not come up as bright as I’ve been used to over the last 50 years. Also, I always look forward to using the small container of conditioner because it helped my hair feel so good after the treatment. Instead, you are now enclosing an anti-breakage mask, which I will be throwing away after this first use. My hair looks like straw using that product. It’s such a shame because I really invested quite a number of years and money into using this product. I’ll now have to look for another company’s highlighting/frosting application. What a waste!
The bleach is not the problem. The cap has been changed- it’s too small and cheaply made. It doesn’t fit down on the crown of the head therefore it doesn’t get close to the root. Have used this product on my ash blonde hair for over 50 years! It's great, it's forgivable of your mistakes, it's professional looking. Great color Great Product
I been using this for years I use to use the cap but now I just paint it on with a thin brush it’s easier I have thick hair I do it in sections It’s worth it I get so many compliments on my hair like where did you get it done I say I do it myself with Clairol The color I get is beautiful I wish I could send a picture so you can see the results I tried other products not the same results I was born a blonde but now it’s a dirty blonde Thank you Clairol for such a great product I would give 10 stars if I could{{userCount} users found this review helpful. - Yes, I recommendKdhtsrReviewed 11 months ago
Ingredient change
Why are the ingredients list different on the new package with the same UPC code? The sample on the boxes even show different shades of blonde. Why did the product change?
