I bought this a few days ago expecting my blonde roots to become black and it 100% did nothing. Great product

Gloves NOT included
I've been buying this product for 5ge past 3 yrs with results. Finally writing a review...Traveling and need to touch up my gray before a meeting tomorrow... Imagine my surprise... no instructions and therefore no gloves in the box. Aaaarrrrggg! No gloves!!!! How is that possible??. Great colour match
I have been using this product since Covid when hairdressers were closed. I use it for the touch up between salon visits. It's easy to use and the colour match is great.
