I've been buying this product for 5ge past 3 yrs with results. Finally writing a review...Traveling and need to touch up my gray before a meeting tomorrow... Imagine my surprise... no instructions and therefore no gloves in the box. Aaaarrrrggg! No gloves!!!! How is that possible??. Great colour match
I have been using this product since Covid when hairdressers were closed. I use it for the touch up between salon visits. It's easy to use and the colour match is great. Product has been downgraded
I have used this product for many years (#8 medium blonde) and it worked great. When I colored my gray roots the color lasted a long time. But now when I do the touch up on my roots within a few days the product wears off and the hair I colored is gray again. Therefore I will no longer spend my money on this downgraded product.Reply from Clairol1 month agoHi there! Shocking Good!
Was so skeptical to try this but my colorist was booking a month out and I was headed on a spur of moment holiday. Came out shockingly good! Left on 20 min because I wanted the full lift to match my blonde highlights. Easy to use, affordable and best of all..major time saver!
