I bought this a few days ago expecting my blonde roots to become black and it 100% did nothing. Gloves NOT included
I've been buying this product for 5ge past 3 yrs with results. Finally writing a review...Traveling and need to touch up my gray before a meeting tomorrow... Imagine my surprise... no instructions and therefore no gloves in the box. Aaaarrrrggg! No gloves!!!! How is that possible??. So sad 8G is no longer sold 😞

Don’t waste your money
I purchased two bottles of the root touch-up product after calling the manufacturer’s customer service because I couldn’t find my usual Nice ’n Easy hair color. The rep suggested using this product just for my roots, explaining that the alternative full-color shade I was considering might darken my roots too much. Unfortunately, this product was a waste of money. It didn’t cover my roots well or blend evenly with the rest of my hair. I wish I had taken the time to look at another store for my regular color instead of relying on this recommendation.{{userCount} users found this review helpful.
