I brought this product 3 days ago. It covers very quickly everything very well ***except this color is NOT brown. It came out Jet Black. VERY Black. Since I only dyed my leave- out you can clearly see the difference🙄. I had to use my root cover up dark brown to cover back my edges. Also use the gloves** my nails and hands have been stained eversince and washing with baking soda/ dish liquid does not help.Reply from Clairol2 weeks agoHello! Using a clarifying shampoo, followed by a deep conditioning treatment, can sometimes help soften a color that is too dark. We also recommend avoiding heat styling (such as using a hair dryer or curling iron), as this can further set the color. Beware

Want the old formulation back!
I had been using the original 3N product for years with great gray coverage and no damage to my hair. Unfortunately, the new forumulation does not cover as well andthe color is darker than expected. Waste of Money
I bought this to try put a different brand as I usually use Revlon Natural Blue Black but it was out of stock. I loved the color initially but it immediately washed out the next time I washed my hair. Then over the next few washes, my shampoo and tub were blue. I'm heartbroken because the color was perfect in the beginning but for a permanent hair dye, it didn't last nearly as long as other brands (Revlon lasts at least 2 months for me). I wasted my time, energy and money (as I have a spinal tumor and I can't do much). Doesnt cover graya
The color is fine. It DID NOT COVER MY GRATS which is the only reason I dye my hair. So bummed!Reply from Clairol4 months agoHi there!
