Literally did nothing to my hair. It was advertised to only take 20 minutes but in reality takes about an hour. Worked so much better than expected!
I was trying to go back to my natural hair color (a dark blonde/light brown) after several years of dying it red with Ion brand dye. My hair dresser made my hair really dark (basically black). I hated it and decided to try this. It came out better than I could’ve expected. It’s a little more copper than my natural hair, but it’s so much better than I thought was possible. horrible don't buy

Used Multiple Times!!

Doesn’t work at all.
This product is absolutely horrible. I needed some green out my hair and it smells and does absolutely nothing to get color out. Do not buy this unless you want your money wasted down the drain. Won't buy again
Bought this and it didn't work at all natural blonde with blue dye that was fading and looks exactly the same after use and filled the directions exactly.Reply from Color Oops2 months agoThank you for your feedback. Works! But smells!
The product did the job of stripping the brassy tones out of my box-colored hair. It did NOT strip the blond that was professionally done at a salon. But it did the thing I needed it to do, which was strip the brass. Now, it’s important to note - this stuff SMELLS. I had to open the windows in the bathroom, turn on the ventilation and put a box fan in as well to get rid of the smell. It stayed (albeit faintly) in my hair, too. Especially noticeable when hair is wet, less so when dry.{{userCount} users found this review helpful.
