I bought this yesterday and it worked so good!! But the thing is, it SMELLS HORRIBLE. I washed my hair like 100 times and it doesn’t fade lol. Does remove extra color BUT...
Removes extra color BUT it left my hair very porous. My hair soaked up the new color (after waiting 2 days) and came out very dark..too dark. I'm back to square one. I followed instructions exactly and the smell was tolerable.Reply from Color Oops2 months agoThank you for the feedback. Color Oops reverses the oxidation process of hair color pigment. When hair color is applied, small clear dye intermediates are deposited into the hair. During the color process hydrogen peroxide (oxide/developer) oxidizes the dye intermediates into large colorful pigments that are too big to be washed from the hair. Color oops reverses that process. When applied, Color Oops shrinks the color pigment back to small clear dye intermediates. These intermediates are still in the hair. The rinsing and shampooing process is essential in assuring these intermediates are thoroughly washed from hair. Too expensive
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Way to expensive product when all coat is put together, product and high shipping cost then of course I have to pay taxes like of everything in my country which is not a problem but the product did so little for me, it lifted the colour a little bit so I felt I had payed way to much for what I got. Restored without drying

Could have used another box!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There was minimal dripping with this product. I have thick hair so I think if I'd had one more box the coverage would have been better. It didn't burn or anything on my scalp.
