The design is terrible! The buttons are difficult to use. Additionally, I could not get the iron to set to the higher temp. That could just be because it was defective. I returned it. I love Conair products, but this one was a big disappointment. The designers need to make control buttons that are user friendly. I shouldn’t have to use my nail to push the button in. Conflicted in reviewing...
Purchased this to replace one, still working, that is around 12 years old. Probably have the Conair for around six months, using about twice a week and according to directions. Today it will not turn on. Definitely not an outlet problem. I'm conflicted writing this as, before today, I really liked it. Heated up quickly, with many temperature options. Width was great.
